Kobra PDF provides free online PDF processing tools including but not limited to merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, watermarking, and editing PDF files. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or servers
  • Use automated tools to excessively access the service
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload. We do not claim any ownership of your content. The Kobra PDF name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kobra PDF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to data loss, file corruption, or service interruptions. Use the service at your own risk.

7. File Processing

  • Files are processed on our servers and automatically deleted after processing.
  • We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of file conversions.
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your original files.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
